About Me
I'm a qualified high‑conflict co‑parenting & separation coach, grounded in trauma‑informed practice, equipped with NLP (Neuro‑Linguistic Programming) tools, and backed by a legal education. My roots run deep in country life, where legacy means family, land, and stories that stretch across generations.
When I found myself in a high‑conflict co‑parenting situation — navigating shifting goal‑posts, emotional assault, and legal limbo — I realised something essential: the most important conversation isn't always the one you have across the table. It's the one you have within.
It was during that journey I discovered the missing piece in many separation narratives: the trauma of how we show up, not just what we do. And I saw too many rural families, stressed by land, legacy, children, and community, caught in cycles of fight, freeze, or flight.
That's why I created the ALCHEMY path: a values‑based, nervous‑system attuned, rural‑rooted approach to coaching, mediation, and transformation.
